You get paid. If you have family or close friends in the company then you have it made in the shade.

Cons

Nepotism, bigotry, misogynistic, racist. Assemblers undress women with there eyes and they make sexual comments all the time about them. They make racist comments about.....well anyone that isn't white. HR is just a front to sweep problems under the rug. If you enjoy the 1950s where this stuff was tolerated then QVI is the place for you

I have only been with QVI for 3 months, but it feels like so much longer because everyone here was so kind and welcoming from the very start. Prior to coming to QVI I worked 6 years at a company with a very toxic environment. I needed a more positive place to work where I would feel valued and appreciated, and QVI gave me that and more! I couldn't be happier with my decision to come here.

Cons

I can't think of one negative thing to say about this company.
