Company speaks about training, if you don't pick it up quick they walk you to the door. While I was working there current employees would ask me why I would take a job there. Too much is expected of you. No chance for a learning curve. You are expected to know everything with no prior knowledge about the products. You have procedures but no terminology sheets about t he lingo used regarding the machines. I would have gone faster if I have been given the knowledge needed to learn the job. Wow lesson learned Glass Door does not lie about reviews. Look at the red flags before taking a job.
