Good job stability, low cost health insurance, scholarships, profit sharing, bonuses , high but reasonable expectations for all employees. The atmosphere is often intense, but rarely 24/7. A good place to work if you have serious personal passions outside the 8-5 routine. Growing consistently while manufacturing in the USA - a lot to be proud of when you look at the big picture. Cons
QVI is not for everyone. Lean environment isn't ideal for people who need a lot of direction or cheerleading. Assignments for new hires are not usually very glamorous. Change happens fast - sometimes too fast. Self-starters do well, innovators thrive. Promotion takes time. You need to find your own passion, your own niche - whether its technology or supporting customers - and promote yourself.
