Pros

Employees have been welcoming and great to work with so far. Managers have been open to feedback and suggestions for change. The benefits are generous. Full-time employees start with 3+ weeks of PTO and 10 paid holidays. Medical insurance for less than $4 a week. The biggest pro for me has been the work-life balance - when you're on vacation or it's the weekend, there are no after hours calls or emails.

Cons

Our physical location within the city took some getting used to but the campus is fully gated with badge access to all doors.

Pros

I have only been with QVI for 3 months, but it feels like so much longer because everyone here was so kind and welcoming from the very start. Prior to coming to QVI I worked 6 years at a company with a very toxic environment. I needed a more positive place to work where I would feel valued and appreciated, and QVI gave me that and more! I couldn't be happier with my decision to come here.

Cons

I can't think of one negative thing to say about this company.
