What I overheard the other day on my way to get coffee made me embarrassed for the people being berated. I would have quit someone talked to me that way. I wonder if that manager ever realized what they sounded like apologized, but probably not. If no one complained to HR then shame on them, but I understand from others that it would do no good because upper management feels entitled that they can act anyway they want and that it is the employees problem if they can't get along. If you interview here make sure you ask tough questions about the management style of the person you are going to work for.
