      Pros

      I like what I do. The work is challenging and interesting to me.

      Cons

      Management has some interesting archaic ideas of how to motivate their employees. Internet usage is monitored for instance. The workplace is in need of upgrade and the IT department needs to lose their lead manager for someone that understands how to properly setup a domain and network. Just my 2 cents.

      Pros

      I have only been with QVI for 3 months, but it feels like so much longer because everyone here was so kind and welcoming from the very start. Prior to coming to QVI I worked 6 years at a company with a very toxic environment. I needed a more positive place to work where I would feel valued and appreciated, and QVI gave me that and more! I couldn't be happier with my decision to come here.
