Pros

There are many things I love about working for this company. - The health benefits - The flexibility/work life balance - Time off (3 weeks vacation and 10 holidays) - The on-site work culture makes coming into work enjoyable -Room for growth and cross training My leadership has been great. They are progressive and supportive and are helping me to develop my skills in my role. The work this company does is impressive and the Polidors have been great.

Cons

While this company is not located in the best place in the city, leadership has been actively taking steps to improve employee and campus safety.

Pros

I have only been with QVI for 3 months, but it feels like so much longer because everyone here was so kind and welcoming from the very start. Prior to coming to QVI I worked 6 years at a company with a very toxic environment. I needed a more positive place to work where I would feel valued and appreciated, and QVI gave me that and more! I couldn't be happier with my decision to come here.

I can't think of one negative thing to say about this company.
