      Pros

      I have had endless opportunities to grow at QVI. I have felt supported, pushed to try new things and have had positive growth in my roles, titles, responsibilities and contributions at QVI, This company shows they care by investing in me. Great benefits, great people and a clear path forward has always been reasons I love to work for QVI.

      Cons

      Management doesn't always recognize when people are not doing their jobs or hold them accountable. It frustrating to do your job 110% to see other people slacking and getting away with it. Not always management's fault, but usually something can be done about it if they just pay a little more attention to everyone.

      Pros

      I have only been with QVI for 3 months, but it feels like so much longer because everyone here was so kind and welcoming from the very start. Prior to coming to QVI I worked 6 years at a company with a very toxic environment. I needed a more positive place to work where I would feel valued and appreciated, and QVI gave me that and more! I couldn't be happier with my decision to come here.
