Pros
They pay talent. If you are valuable you will make decent money eventually. Decent benefits
Cons
Mid and upper management is terrible. They are not necessarily clueless but poor decision making at the ground level has been made for a lot of stressful work days. The blame rolls down hill. VPs and managers will allow machines to leave the facility with quality issues just to try to give the impression production goals are being met. Frustration will become a daily occurrence because of the knowledge that has left the company as well as a mediocre engineering team. Your immediate supervisor will most likely have no idea how to help you with an issue because most of the supervisors were promoted due to relationships with upper management, not knowledge or skill.
