Pros
It is a near monopoly so you will keep your job forever if you bend over for the company management.
Cons
-Constant rule changes meant to punish the non-salary assemblers and handlers at every corner including shortening 2, 15 minute breaks down to 2, 10 minute breaks -Force retires older employees who don't agree with company policy/values in order to cut corners for profit. -Demote current supervisors who were not doing anything wrong while promoting employees who don't want the position they are forced to take. -Cliques, the upper management is basically non-existent in productions lives unless they come down to punish or shun us for "poor performance", The entire service department acts like it is a separate entity with separate rules despite working in the same building as us. -People who have worked here for decades have yet to fully grasp or understand how anyone in assembly or materials does their job. I am not sure but it almost feels like they just expect items to appear and machines to just work as if there aren't many, many steps that need to be followed perfectly in order to fully pick, build, inspect, and ship our products. -Will withhold pay raises/promotions/yearly bonuses if management deems you don't deserve it. Yet they give themselves bonuses with no question.
