      Learning wise it's great place

      Cons

      Managment is worst, late response/ no response from management. Low payment. No benefits and its different from people to people again people who favors to the managers. Finace team and hr team is worst. If your fresher, people either they will make it money making machine or dustbin.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
