Pros
1. Work life balance is not bad 2. Open communications are encouraged 3. Pay is not bad to the designation
Cons
1) Top heavy company with too many C roles - There is CEO, CSO (sales), CRO (revenue), CFO(finance), CHRO (HR), CTO (Transformation) and there was COO also who is now moved out. Apart from this there is MD's for four predominant Geo's that the company operates MD east & west USA, MD Europe and MD India...not to count the SVP's and VP's for org of 3000+ employees 2) CEO mentioned in town hall resilience required in people to fight hard and sustain during difficult times, but removed people as soon as a pandemic came without reducing top management pay. Many fortune 500 companies first reduced the top management pay or roles. Here nearly 10% group roles were removed accross bands without looking at resource skillsets. 3) Executive leadership not organized and capable to achieve CEO's vision 4) Too much amalgamation of companies leading to lack of defined processes and scattering of knowledge. 5) Differentiators the company has can't survive the present day competitors in the long run. 6) No Job Security. Hire and Fire is rampant. 7) HR team processes are not good. Still evolving.
