Pros

They were flexible about working place , you could work up to 6 months in any country during pandemic, and payment on time salaries.

Cons

They do not care at all about their employees. You are just a number for them and and work is much more important. A lot of micromanagement which adds a lot of stress. Another biggest issue is salaries. If you are good to negotiate you can get high amount, if you are not, you are offered much lower. (e.g for the same job while you are getting 1500, another person can get up to 2400 which is not fair at all. You really feel been fooled. I usually do not leave negative comments, but I felt to leave for the first time just let people aware of the facts. Good luck!

Pros

Exposure to High-Level Technology: The role offers the chance to work with a modern and diverse tech stack, including Playwright, Java, Python, and Cucumber, as well as architecting CI/CD-integrated automation frameworks. Innovation and AI Integration: You will have the opportunity to leverage Generative AI for advanced test design, data simulation (such as creating complex patient vitals), and automated code reviews, staying at the forefront of industry trends. Leadership and Global Collaboration: The position involves directing hybrid onshore/offshore teams, allowing for experience in standardizing engineering governance and mentoring junior staff on a global scale. High Technical Impact: Technical contributions lead to significant, measurable outcomes, such as reducing testing cycles by up to 90% and accelerating project delivery timelines by 35% through modular architecture and automation. Diverse Industry Experience: Working here provides broad experience across multiple regulated sectors, including defense, healthcare, and fintech, which builds a highly versatile professional profile.

Cons

Management Priorities vs. Branding: While the company emphasizes "Quality" in its branding and name, there is a perceived disconnect in practice. Management often appears more focused on financial metrics and profit margins than on delivering a high-quality product for the customer. Contractual Focus on Quality: Despite the company's identity, the word "quality" is rarely emphasized within the actual contracts, suggesting that the mission-driven focus on excellence is secondary to the business arrangement. Project-Based Job Security: Employment stability is strictly tied to specific client assignments. When a project concludes—whether due to client restructuring or government funding changes—there is a high risk of being let go. Limited Internal Mobility: There is a notable lack of immediate transfer opportunities or internal reassignment support when a contract ends, often requiring employees to seek external roles rather than transitioning to a new project within the firm.
