      Great way to gain experience with many different companies and different types of software. Culture is awesome, a lot of good people who just want to do good work.

      Cons

      There may not be many opportunities for Automation, kind of have to get lucky based on you project assignment and you have to work to prove you can help build an automation framework. Also, they pay well below market standard, which causes a lot of turnover

      IT support restrictions on many tools, systems, and access requests can sometimes slow down work efficiency. Approval processes for access, software, or operational requests can be lengthy and frustrating.
