      if you are on the bench difficult to get the project. the total political environment here. no increment in salary I worked here for the last 3 years I have only 3.5 lpa of package. they give only 14k to 24k salary hike in appraisal

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
