Typical Asian company- low to low salary with a lot of unpaid overtime hours. Management plays favoritism and assigns less work and easy work to other people who are Taiwanese. Work from morning to late evening most of the weeks and require working on weekends to answer emails from oversea teams. No extra incentives for overtime work. I personally would not recommend anyone to work in this bureaucratic management. If English is not your barrier, invest your time and youth to other companies for a better future.
