      Quanta has its own gym, basketball court, concert hall and often holds different kinds of activities to encourage employees.

      Cons

      Usually, work overtime is a must to get a higher rank in your performance review. The profit sharing and cash bonus are going worse year by year.

      Building 6 breakroom vending machines are mostly all empties, seems like no one come to stock anything or even care, There are no cups, spoons, teas, coffees for employees...just two tap filter water dispensers, a couple of refrigerators and several microwaves but nothing else for you to even buy to eats or drinks for lunches. Bring your own everything or expect to starve or be thirsty!
