Poor management, poor pay, not for anyone with any experience, stay in hotels for 8 weeks with 3 days off to go home and the 3 days do not include your travel days. you must use your own vehicle and the company doesnt pay for the first or last 20 miles of each day, and only pay 32c per mile when the going rate is 56c per. they schedule the installation and integration work at multiple sites that are 150 miles apart each day instead of covering one area, then moving to the next.
