      They operate with a small company entrepreneurial spirit, although they have 75 operating companies and 25,000 employees. Great benefits and a good HR department.

      Cons

      Each of the 75 operating companies under Quanta run their own business, so there is a loss of the overall goals that Quanta is looking to achieve across the board.
