Pros
Satisfaction in knowing that you were bettering the environment by constructing large-scale renewable energy projects. The industry as a whole continues to grow as solar power becomes mainstream.
Cons
Management was very conservative in their approach to strategy and risk-mitigation. Seemed very entrenched in a "that's the way we've always done it" mentality. This is a fairly small subsidiary of a large parent...even still, did not seem like there was much room for upward mobility.
