Pros
They provide free lunch sometimes and are close to the Galleria if you enjoy shopping. They are located in the Williams Tower which provides a nice view of the area.
Cons
There were not any name plates for any of the offices or cubicals. I didn't see any organizational chart or structure when I was there. Requests frequently came from upper management with unrealistic deadlines. Life work balance was heavy on the work side (weekends and late nights). Vacation time was limited to two weeks a year.
