Looking for direction - Management Quanta Services Employee Review

Long hours with little reward. Very political and perception, not delivery, is everything. Management at all levels seems to be struggling for direction and a plan to grow to the next level. Unfortunately, they lack innovation and can only go back to their old strategies. Employee turnover is high and morale is low.
