Good Company/ Bad Management - Anonymous employee Quanta Services Employee Review

The culture here has been horrible. There is no sense of value and appreciation for the hard work of employees. Some managers get away with being very rude. Complaints have been made and nothing is done about it. Quanta is a “who you know” type of company. Management keeps firing and then hiring people they know. Sad!
