Pros
Fast growing, fast paced environment with constant challenges and opportunity. Generous compensation package. Overall good team work between peers. Great platform for expanding skill set due to the amount of work and limited resources to complete tasks efficiently.
Cons
No work life balance. Management is largely disconnected with their employees. Limited desire from leaders to streamline and improve efficiency which enabled administrative hardship in the decentralized environment. Although it was consistently heard from upper management, our employees are our greatest asset; their actions did not always support this motto.
