      Pros

      Service Electric Company, a Quanta Services Company is overall a very good employer. The compensation, benefits, are very good. When Service Electric Company was a privately owned company, it was a much more pleasant employer to work for.

      Cons

      I chose to leave the company to explore other opportunities in my area of TN, for many reasons I would rather not mention.

      Very toxic work environment, expect to watch your every move. Little diversity within corporate as a whole. Worked on vacation.
