Pros
-coworkers are very intelligent and come from very diverse backgrounds -company truly cares about the development of its employees- for example training sessions are often held for employees to better understand the products and the roles of each dept -great work is definitely recognized and praised -company holds a lot of fun outings -larger than the typical "startup" but still embraces the innovation aspect; encourages employees to come up with solutions for problems outside of one's usual realm of work -management team and managers are super excited about the products and definitely true-believers which is extremely encouraging and inspirational -great management team; very receptive to feedback; open-door policy at all times -everyone carries their own weight; no slackers -of course, delicious catered lunch and all-you-drink caffeine
Cons
because it is a start up, the lack of processes can be frustrating at times; however, the exec team has been proactive in identifying areas of improvement and a lot of great changes have been/are being implemented
