Pros
Great people and good culture a good amount of training. Great snacks and free lunch. Good DR product but not enough new products.
Cons
It's time for the All of the executive leadership team to step down. The executive leadership team works in a vacuum. Constant reorgs and executives are brought in, make huge jarring changes and then they are asked to leave after less than a year. They will ask for employee feedback and then when people complain the team gets defensive and talks down to everyone during painfully long and often all hands/townhall meetings. This company isn't keeping up with what's happening in the market- agencies and clients want rate transparency, not a black box..
