Pros
Lots of fantastic colleagues - Quantcast hires great people so you'll enjoy the social side of things. Really good product, cool office in a top location, great free lunches, beers and snacks.
Cons
Development and career progression are not a priority, there's not much investment in employee training or upskilling - you quickly find yourself at a dead end in terms of growth. Constant change - change can be a good thing but not when it seems like the business leaders don't know what they're doing and backtrack constantly. Lack of support - understaffed and unapproachable HR teams and directors, very few actual policies, managers and team members that are too busy, scared or apathetic to help, new employees thrown in the deep end and it's sink or swim. Dublin is a satellite office, not a HQ - the top brass will visit every other office on a quarterly basis and only swing by Dublin once in a blue moon and you can't get very far up the ladder if you aren't in London or SF.
