Pros
- Good work is recognized and rewarded with more responsibility and progression - Lean management structure, small enough to get to know everyone, social environment, people can bring all of themselves to the workplace (it's totally fine to talk about your weirdest hobby) - A lot of smart people that are willing to share their knowledge
Cons
- Compensation structure is different from other sales teams. Team bonuses - good because collaborative, but not as high as upside in other tech companies.
