Loads of incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable people work here. They try their best to help you out whenever possible. Everyone is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about finance.
Cons
You're not welcome if not passionate about finance. There is no structured method for passing down information - no training sessions after probation and generally poor documentation. Senior staff too busy to help a lot of the time. Slow progression compared to some companies. Required to work extra hours most days.
