Pros
Good work/life balance. Understanding of personal needs. Good vision for the long term future, although somewhat shaky about the steps needed to get there.
Cons
Very little career growth or opportunity. Apart from my immediate team, company is mostly research based, so staff are generally highly qualified. Very much a culture of expansion and insertion of new-hires rather than growing those that are present.
