Work life balance and culture is really positive. Very flexible approach to working. Growth has been c35-40% in 2022 so significantly growing in all areas. Offices are very modern and welcoming, with excellent facilities. Improvements are being made to the infrastructure of the company to support 2 companies which merged, providing the right foundation for future growth. Lots of positives, the work our scientific teams is doing in the search for quantum advantage will have a significant impact on the world in the future. Really enjoy working here.
