Pros and cons, mostly cons - IT Personell Quantinuum Employee Review

Outside of the physicists, and their management structure, the rest of the place is kind of a nightmare. IT isn't even worth applying to. And if you're an engineer or tech, you get treated as a second class citizen. Management tends to have zero accountability and pass everything downhill, and even if you have a crazy list of accomplishments, you'll never get recognized for it. They're SUPER shady about how they terminate people, and word is HR management is starting to try and rein in flexible work arrangements.
