Over worked & underpaid - Customer Service Quantix Employee Review

Unless you have a management role you are treated as just a number. Little to no loyalty to employees. They except you to go above & beyond with no compensation for doing so. They lack the ability to give proficient training due to only being fixated on having that specific role filled. Bare minimum pay & rare bonuses. Be careful in your interview, as much is promised but little follows through. High turnover rate.
