Now while the pay is excellent not everybody is getting the same pay I'm getting. Of course I recommend my friends come over and they where offered much worst pay packages than what I was getting so pay is not standardized throughout the company and you are told not to talk about your pay with other drivers.
The scariest part is a driver that came onto the company with the same great pay with me said they called him up and lowered his pay, so he quit, so having the threat of the company calling me up to renegotiate my pay is terrifying and makes me on edge so I'm always on the lookout for backup jobs.
Now you are off weekends or if they don't have a load for you that day you are also off but if you get a extra day off during the week expect to work a day on the weekend, there's no getting over and pay for me is salary so I don't even sweat them not having a load for me but like I said before some other drivers aren't on salary there on CPM.
As far as holidays if there not on the weekend expect to work them, when they say your off weekends your off weekends only and from what I see you don't get any holiday pay seeing as I've had to work a few holidays and my pay has been the same
They also monitor your trucks speed down to the mile but won't call you out on it unless you violate your 14 which then will notify safety who will then look at all the 1mph over speeding you have been doing and you will get a earful and don't get a speeding ticket or you will probably be fired.
