Pay, aflac for contractors, dedicated customers

Cons

Nickle and dime mentality. Whole team of "safety" folks watch the eld and they have a violation system they enforce on ya. Always threaten to lock you out of dispatch for not doing safety training online. Stuff that doesn't matter for owner operators like building maintance.
