Pros
Really great physics and engineering go on here. This is a medium-sized private company with satellite sales service, and distribution offices worldwide. The management and founders really care about the people who work here. Benefits are quite good, and so are the people. Still has a little bit of start-up feel with the stability of solid recurring business.
Cons
The company organization is not too hierarchical, so there is not a lot of room for promotion. Technical staff needs to have a broad range of skills and be willing to take on many challenges to be successful.
