They have taken everything that made Quantum away. So none.

The CEO spends his time celebrating the sales team wins while ignoring the fact that operations is at an unprecedented low morale. The new rebrand is nice but the obsession with replacing roles with AI is doing nothing but causing chaos, increasing workloads, and tripling escalations. Monthly process changes make it almost impossible to be an expert in any client, tpa, or role anymore. This is causing an increase of negative member experiences and burning out employees who already have little to no work life balance and who are severely underpaid.

As the organization has grown, we have introduced clearer operational standards including attendance expectations to promote fairness, transparency, and consistency across teams that directly support our members. These types of standards are common in healthcare and service environments where being available and ready to help is critical to the member experience. Nothing. Literally nothing at all.

Cons

They promote without giving raises but don’t tell you that the whole time you are working up to your promotion. So essentially they’re getting you to do more work for less. This goes for at least 50% of roles here. Our CEO has 0 business being in healthcare. Before this they owned a basketball team or something? Really what made you guys think this was the right person to lead this company? This company gives their own employees OPEN ACCESS PLANS. Which are so predatory I think one day they will be outlawed. And don’t respond with that “oh we pass the savings on to the members” it’s not true and you know it. Every decision made it to fatten the higher ups wallets. Everyone with a lower level role is extremely upset with how we are being treated. Most only stay due to the problem with the economy and not being able to risk going without health insurance. Other healthcare companies nearby are offering better pay and benefits. Wake up Quantum before it’s too late and you loose ALL your good employees.
