Pros

I remember what Quantum used to be, and sometimes I pretend it still is. Plus the new soda is interesting.

Cons

You get to call out 3 days a year, and the 4th day you are fired. If you no call no show, you get less. If you ever show up late or leave early you get less. In response to the review below this one, not only can only one of us get approved PTO at a time but if you add up all the available PTO days in a year (with the blackout dates excluded) and all the people in your pod who have PTO days to spend, there will not be enough days for everyone to use their PTO. We will all be leaving PTO on the table this year, if we don't get fired first.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. At Quantum Health, our mission is to be there for members during some of the most important moments in their healthcare journey, which requires reliability and consistency across our teams. As the organization has matured, we have introduced clearer operational standards including attendance expectations to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability across roles that directly support members. These types of policies are common in organizations that operate in healthcare and service environments where member needs depend on teams being available and ready to help. We recognize that change can feel different, particularly in organizations that have grown quickly over time. Our focus is on maintaining the strong culture Quantum has been known for while also putting the structure in place that allows us to scale and support members effectively. Some of the details shared suggest the policy may be interpreted differently than intended. We encourage any employee with questions about how the policy applies to their situation to connect directly with their HR Business Partner so they can receive accurate guidance and support. Pros

Wonder place to work, very flexible and there are always opportunities for growth.

Cons

Wish they offered full remote for positions that do not truly need to be in office.

Pros

Nothing. Literally nothing at all.

Cons

They promote without giving raises but don’t tell you that the whole time you are working up to your promotion. So essentially they’re getting you to do more work for less. This goes for at least 50% of roles here. Our CEO has 0 business being in healthcare. Before this they owned a basketball team or something? Really what made you guys think this was the right person to lead this company? This company gives their own employees OPEN ACCESS PLANS. Which are so predatory I think one day they will be outlawed. And don’t respond with that “oh we pass the savings on to the members” it’s not true and you know it. Every decision made it to fatten the higher ups wallets. Everyone with a lower level role is extremely upset with how we are being treated. Most only stay due to the problem with the economy and not being able to risk going without health insurance. Other healthcare companies nearby are offering better pay and benefits. Wake up Quantum before it’s too late and you loose ALL your good employees.
