      Pros

      The people who work here in operations and customer facing are some of the nicest people you will have the opportunity to meet.

      Cons

      Good luck getting promoted. You will be told one thing, placed in the role, and then immediately be pulled around while you wait for an offer letter that will never come, and still doing the work they laid off everyone for. They do not care about growth and development and the CEO says as much. This place cares more about AI than it does about you. Multiple roles have been downsized for the sake of saving costs with people being laid off. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place shuts down within a year.

      Wonder place to work, very flexible and there are always opportunities for growth.

      Wish they offered full remote for positions that do not truly need to be in office.

      Nothing. Literally nothing at all.

      Cons

      They promote without giving raises but don’t tell you that the whole time you are working up to your promotion. So essentially they’re getting you to do more work for less. This goes for at least 50% of roles here. Our CEO has 0 business being in healthcare. Before this they owned a basketball team or something? Really what made you guys think this was the right person to lead this company? This company gives their own employees OPEN ACCESS PLANS. Which are so predatory I think one day they will be outlawed. And don’t respond with that “oh we pass the savings on to the members” it’s not true and you know it. Every decision made it to fatten the higher ups wallets. Everyone with a lower level role is extremely upset with how we are being treated. Most only stay due to the problem with the economy and not being able to risk going without health insurance. Other healthcare companies nearby are offering better pay and benefits. Wake up Quantum before it’s too late and you loose ALL your good employees.
