Pros

QH has made a commitment to providing coaching opportunities for new and veteran Patient Service Representatives through the implementation of Pod 2.0. QH has created task forces to identify the needs/wants of the pods and ways to enhance the training and development of individuals. This company is dedicated to fulfilling it mission of helping their members navigate their healthcare journey...which can only be accomplished by committing itself to the training and well-being of its employees. QH offers great benefits and it's just a great place to work! Food is part of our culture, on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis! Plus there are other perks such as Food Truck Fridays, Friday Shorts, Tickets to sporting and cultural events, Volunteer opportunities, etc...

Cons

With the rapid growth of QH, comes the 'growing pains' that often accompany that growth. QH appears to be be doing a better job of anticipating its staffing, technology, and equipment needs. With the hiring of so many people, hiring external candidates sometimes becomes necessary - which can negatively impact the company culture since they are not familiar with the QH way of doing things....but are in position to implement change.

Pros

Wonder place to work, very flexible and there are always opportunities for growth.

Cons

Wish they offered full remote for positions that do not truly need to be in office.

Pros

Nothing. Literally nothing at all.

Cons

They promote without giving raises but don’t tell you that the whole time you are working up to your promotion. So essentially they’re getting you to do more work for less. This goes for at least 50% of roles here. Our CEO has 0 business being in healthcare. Before this they owned a basketball team or something? Really what made you guys think this was the right person to lead this company? This company gives their own employees OPEN ACCESS PLANS. Which are so predatory I think one day they will be outlawed. And don’t respond with that “oh we pass the savings on to the members” it’s not true and you know it. Every decision made it to fatten the higher ups wallets. Everyone with a lower level role is extremely upset with how we are being treated. Most only stay due to the problem with the economy and not being able to risk going without health insurance. Other healthcare companies nearby are offering better pay and benefits. Wake up Quantum before it’s too late and you loose ALL your good employees.
