Pros
The culture is amazing! We are encouraged to be autonomous and utilize our critical thinking skills to help both our members and providers while working within a team environment. It is great to be able to access any member on the team to brainstorm ideas or receive clinical expertise. We are provided with constant educational meetings and also get to express our opinion about current clinical strategy. We get the chance to make a difference in someone's life every single! We have excellent clinical resources both internally and externally. The company also provides many perks, including free snacks, juice, soda, coffee, tea and sparkling water. They frequently cater in lunch to all employees, not just the nurses, to thank us for all our hard work. Every employee has a chance to be recognized for what he/she does within the company. The executive team is approachable and encourages feedback on how we can make the company even better for our employees and the members we serve. Every month, several employees are recognized publicly within the company for the hard work and passion for what we do. We are encouraged to submit our ideas to the leadership team. However,the most important pro is the feeling of satisfaction I get when my members automatically know who I am when I speak with them and hear them say they have been looking forward to my call. We are definitely not a typical insurance company ! We strive to go above and beyond every single call, every single day, for our members"

I haven't experienced any cons- I feel lucky to be part of the Quantum team! I can honestly say that I love waking up to come into work.
