Pros
Initially impressed with this company’s onboarding procedures ... the first two weeks. Seemed organized, provided decent training manuals, classes, etc.
Cons
Performance goals were vague. After the first 2 weeks, the next training segment on the clinical role put one in a group situation with new employees and experienced employees being trained by employees with 2 to 3 years experience with what appears to be distant or hidden supervision by upper management. The training assignments were inconsistent with some folks getting much harder cases to resolve than others. The trainers were spread thin or spent more time with some of the trainers than others. You could not progress on your case until they checked you off resulting in waiting for over 30 minutes til a trainer was available.
