Pros

Free snacks and drinks. A lot of the positives have sadly eroded away to nothing.

Cons

Where do we begin with the cons? The company is growing way too fast and not hiring enough to keep up with the new business brought in. They claim to have a culture of friendliness and positivity, but they have completely lost that in the last couple of years. "Assume positive intent" is a crutch statement to brush people off and not address issues. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and not treated well. Opportunities for advancement do not exist; you could be clamoring for advancement for a long time, just to see someone hired after you get it handed to them, sometimes borderline discrimination. They fire people for asinine reasons then wonder why they don't have enough employees. When you have a valid concern, you're brushed off, nothing comes of it, and you're back to square one. And in this COVID-19 crisis, they were more concerned with bringing people back from work at home, rather than maintain social distancing, and there is no mask enforcement. If someone can't wear a mask, do this idea called keep them working from home! They promised a new building near the north or northeast side of 270 where most people live, but then go completely west to Dublin and force everyone to have a significant commute. Finally they change things just to change things, for the sake of change. Let people stay in a department and grow and feel comfortable, rather than have an annual fantasy football draft type ordeal.

Pros

Wonder place to work, very flexible and there are always opportunities for growth.

Cons

Wish they offered full remote for positions that do not truly need to be in office.

Pros

Nothing. Literally nothing at all.

Cons

They promote without giving raises but don’t tell you that the whole time you are working up to your promotion. So essentially they’re getting you to do more work for less. This goes for at least 50% of roles here. Our CEO has 0 business being in healthcare. Before this they owned a basketball team or something? Really what made you guys think this was the right person to lead this company? This company gives their own employees OPEN ACCESS PLANS. Which are so predatory I think one day they will be outlawed. And don’t respond with that “oh we pass the savings on to the members” it’s not true and you know it. Every decision made it to fatten the higher ups wallets. Everyone with a lower level role is extremely upset with how we are being treated. Most only stay due to the problem with the economy and not being able to risk going without health insurance. Other healthcare companies nearby are offering better pay and benefits. Wake up Quantum before it’s too late and you loose ALL your good employees.
