      The bonds I forged while warrioring for our members are truly unforgettable, and they are treasures I will always cherish. Team leads stand out as the most supportive figures in this entire company, and the meaningful connections I cultivated with colleagues have undeniably made this job immensely rewarding. The guidance from my mentors has been instrumental, making every aspect of my experience with this company truly worthwhile. (iykyk)

      The management within the organization is notably lacking in presence, marked by toxicity and inconsistency. It is evident that managers fulfill their roles merely for a paycheck, lacking alignment with the company culture or genuine concern for the well-being of their team members. The recruitment of external managers who undergo different training from the rest of the staff further compounds the issue. Notably, favoritism permeates all levels of management, and career advancement often appears contingent on ingratiating oneself rather than merit. Directors exhibit a tendency to gaslight and demonstrate a significant disconnection from the realities of the workplace. Moreover, the benefits provided by the company are subpar, especially given the stature of the organization and its annual revenue. The inadequacy of the offered point solutions or coverage stands in stark contrast to the expectations one might have based on the company's financial success. This disparity raises questions about the equitable distribution of resources and the company's commitment to ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of its workforce.

      Wonder place to work, very flexible and there are always opportunities for growth.

      Nothing. Literally nothing at all.

      Cons

      They promote without giving raises but don’t tell you that the whole time you are working up to your promotion. So essentially they’re getting you to do more work for less. This goes for at least 50% of roles here. Our CEO has 0 business being in healthcare. Before this they owned a basketball team or something? Really what made you guys think this was the right person to lead this company? This company gives their own employees OPEN ACCESS PLANS. Which are so predatory I think one day they will be outlawed. And don’t respond with that “oh we pass the savings on to the members” it’s not true and you know it. Every decision made it to fatten the higher ups wallets. Everyone with a lower level role is extremely upset with how we are being treated. Most only stay due to the problem with the economy and not being able to risk going without health insurance. Other healthcare companies nearby are offering better pay and benefits. Wake up Quantum before it’s too late and you loose ALL your good employees.
