Pros

Average pay and benefits, free snacks

Cons

-Leadership roles are a revolving door with constantly changing direction, expectations, and tech stacks making it impossible to make any progress. The latest focus on AI is just another example of leadership being out of touch and changing expectations with little direction. -The most recent reorganization laid off nearly half of the IT department to hire offshore consultants. People who have no experience with the American healthcare system, despite the reason the business exists in the first place is to help Americans navigate their health benefits. You'd think they would want the people who work on their products to have even an ounce of experience with the reason the company exists in the first place and care about the work they do, but that no longer seems to be the case. -The tech stack is all over the place, takes forever to learn how everything fits together. -No clear path to promotion. It depends on your manager, if you’re lucky enough to even have one. -Management is overworked. They don't have time to properly train new employees or hear any feedback despite having an "open door policy". Even if you are lucky enough to bring up your concerns with someone, they’re quickly waived away. -Any employees who weren’t immediately let go have to directly train their offshore replacements, as if having to face the looming end to their employment wasn’t bad enough

Pros

Wonder place to work, very flexible and there are always opportunities for growth.

Cons

Wish they offered full remote for positions that do not truly need to be in office.

Pros

Nothing. Literally nothing at all.

Cons

They promote without giving raises but don’t tell you that the whole time you are working up to your promotion. So essentially they’re getting you to do more work for less. This goes for at least 50% of roles here. Our CEO has 0 business being in healthcare. Before this they owned a basketball team or something? Really what made you guys think this was the right person to lead this company? This company gives their own employees OPEN ACCESS PLANS. Which are so predatory I think one day they will be outlawed. And don’t respond with that “oh we pass the savings on to the members” it’s not true and you know it. Every decision made it to fatten the higher ups wallets. Everyone with a lower level role is extremely upset with how we are being treated. Most only stay due to the problem with the economy and not being able to risk going without health insurance. Other healthcare companies nearby are offering better pay and benefits. Wake up Quantum before it’s too late and you loose ALL your good employees.
