Pros

You'll learn a lot, very quickly, there's a multitude of completely different technologies and problem domains at play. The teams iterate quickly and deploy regularly with a lot of control over their direction.

Cons

Personally, I felt a little lost as to what I should really be working on at some times, but that could've been rectified if I'd really spoken up about it. It just means that you really need to take charge as an individual to get the most out of Qubit, big personalities really stand out in a good way. This is a good thing for some, not so much for others.

Pros

One of the few AI companies looking outside of their own tech stack to bring the best customer experience and revenue impact to their customer base. While most optimization platforms focus on antiquated and often misleading machine learning strategies, Qubit partners with the best of breed to bring the best personalization offerings to market fast and what is best for the customer.

Cons

Qubit has the unique ability to make the important personalization strategies easy while having the agility to make almost anything possible. That level of customization comes with challenges.
