Pros

Great colleagues and some good benefits as well as a solid bonus system. Clients are interesting and there is a lot to learn for the first few months.

Cons

Poor middle management and lack of investment in solid training and development of employees. High turnover of people there shows that’s there is no real progression available after 9-10months working there. Also an expectation to work 40 hours+ a week without compensation.

Pros

One of the few AI companies looking outside of their own tech stack to bring the best customer experience and revenue impact to their customer base. While most optimization platforms focus on antiquated and often misleading machine learning strategies, Qubit partners with the best of breed to bring the best personalization offerings to market fast and what is best for the customer.

Cons

Qubit has the unique ability to make the important personalization strategies easy while having the agility to make almost anything possible. That level of customization comes with challenges.
