Pros
Overall my experience has been outstanding. Qubit had all the critical things I was looking for in my next job including a well suited role, great products, people, culture, VCs and significant growth in a hot space. Being here close to a year, I can say that the company continues to exceed expectations.
Cons
Qubit is in a competitive space where lots of companies claim to offer the same solutions that Qubit truly is. It's critical to stay on top of the market, the competition and to be focussed on what makes Qubit different. Selling Qubit isn't a walk in the park. Although Qubit has the best offering, it required effort to be effective at selling it. If you're up for the challenge in order to reap the reward, Qubit is the place for you. If not, take another job.
