The managers are reactive to problems instead of proactive because they do not LISTEN to the employees that actually deal with the customers every day. Then they create these major time consuming "special projects" to try to correct something that shouldn't be a problem in the first place had they just LISTENED TO THEIR EMPLOYEES. They keep adding more to your plate, which would be fine if they paid us for it. But Account Managers don't even touch $40,000. Like seriously, most Account Managers have second jobs because what they pay is a joke for ALL OF THE WORK WE DO. It's so many problems with the company... the pay, the favoritism, the unfair pay, the unreachable goal requirements, the lack of processes, the lack of care for the customer (proven in the customer reviews), the disorganization. It really takes a toll on your mental health after a while. I understand all companies have problems, but a lot of the problems in this company could be solved if upper management cared about their employees and customers.
